Become a Back to Eden customer
It’s easy to become a customer – simply complete a Customer Enquiry form and we’ll be in touch with some detailed information and a Wholesale Registration form.
Our major trading days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for which price lists are emailed each Friday, Tuesday and Wednesday respectively.
Orders for delivery or collection can also be placed for Tuesday and Friday.
There are two price lists issued each time – one for fruit and veg and another for our chilled and dried goods range. These price lists are also our order forms and are supplied as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. There’s a column for completing the quantities that you need and we ask that you return your order completed and in the same Excel format.
Large orders are packed on pallets. We have forklifts and pallet jacks to assist those customers who are collecting. Smaller orders are placed on trolleys for easy transportation to waiting vehicles.
You’re welcome to visit our warehouse to view your order and add to it on the day. Many of our customers do so even if they have organised delivery.
Back to Eden is primarily a wholesaler and distributor and so its goods are for the most part sold in bulk. Our price lists specify the minimum purchase quantities for each item.
We have a minimum order requirement of $250 for orders collected at our warehouse and $500 for delivered orders. We charge a fee of $38.50 for delivery.
Intra and interstate customers generally organise their own transport but we’re happy to assist with this. For many of those customers, Back to Eden undertakes daily deliveries into the Sydney Markets to coordinate with outward-bound transporters.
